Welcome to the world of Samore Design

Samore Design is a design firm based in the heart of the beautiful county of Devon in England. I specialise in web design and graphic design. I am currently a university student at the University of Exeter studying for a degree in Astrophysics. I have been designing websites for many years, as I result I decided it might be about time to showcase some of my work. I have worked with both local businesses and international clients too. I am an experienced graphic designer, having logged almost countless hours in Photoshop over the years. I can also assist in UI / UX design on apps.

All you need to know is that I have many skills that come in handy when making websites, apps and graphics, but if you'd like me to go more in depth then please read on.

I have experience with many industry standard technologies, all of which make modern websites the rich experience that they have become. These include HTML (I have worked with complient HTML 4, XHTML 1.1 and most recently I have worked with the latest standard, HTML 5), Cascading Style Sheets (Both CSS 2 and the new cutting edge CSS3), PHP (the magic behind most modern websites), SQL Databases, Javascript, Asynchronous Javascript and XML (or AJAX as it's commonly known) and I've had a little experience with Adobe's Flash.

I also have plenty of experience with the Wordpress Platform, mainly the theming side of things. I also have a little experience with many other CMSes (Content Management Systems) including Drupal, Joomla and my own custom built content management systems.
